Registered Home Manager
Location: Edwinstowe
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE, plus 15% performance-based bonus paid quarterly
Hours: Full-Time

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead a 49-bed care home providing personal, nursing, and dementia care. This purpose-built home, situated in the heart of Edwinstowe, offers a warm and welcoming environment with beautiful garden spaces and a commitment to high-quality care.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to provide the highest standards of care.
- Ensure occupancy levels remain high and residents' well-being is prioritised.
- Manage the home's profitability to reinvest in improving the home and services.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, delivering high-quality care that meets and exceeds expectations.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential or nursing home.
- NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent, with a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 5 or 7.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2012, Care Act 2014, and CQC regulations.
- Full driving licence and ability to commute within 20 miles or 30 minutes of the home.
- Strong computer literacy, including email, spreadsheets, and documents.
