Role: Account Manager

Location: Biggleswade

Hours: Monday – Friday (9am-5:30pm) – Finish 30minutes early Friday

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

I am looking for someone who has an excellent track record of building relationships with their customers over the phone to join a well-established business based in Biggleswade.

What will you be doing in the role?

You will be responsible for looking after 10 – 20 client accounts of various sizes.
Responding to customer enquiries efficiently
Providing excellent customer service to retain accounts
Upsell and cross sell where appropriate
Occasional visits to clients

What we would like from you:

Previous B2B account management experience
Excellent Customer Service skills
Great communication skills
Knowledge or interest in motor sport industry would be an advantage but not essential
