Role: Account Manager
Location: Biggleswade
Hours: Monday – Friday (9am-5:30pm) – Finish 30minutes early Friday
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
I am looking for someone who has an excellent track record of building relationships with their customers over the phone to join a well-established business based in Biggleswade.

What will you be doing in the role?
- You will be responsible for looking after 10 – 20 client accounts of various sizes.
- Responding to customer enquiries efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service to retain accounts
- Upsell and cross sell where appropriate
- Occasional visits to clients
What we would like from you:
- Previous B2B account management experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Great communication skills
- Knowledge or interest in motor sport industry would be an advantage but not essential
