Your Role - Automotive Repair Assessor:

  • Assess and approve vehicle repair estimates (Audatex & in-house systems)

  • Handle total loss settlements

  • Support claims teams with technical expertise

  • Monitor and improve repairer performance

  • Ensure excellent customer service & manage expectations

What We Need - Automotive Repair Assessor:

  • Experience inVehicle Damage AssessmentorAutomotive Engineering

  • ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, or AQP(or working towards them)

  • Knowledge ofrepair methods, valuations, & estimating

  • Proficiency withAudatex & Glassmatix

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
