About the Role
We are looking for an experiencedThird-Party Claims Specialistto join a dynamic and growing team in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background inThird-Party claims handling or credit hirewho is seeking career progression in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects ofThird-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage Claims
- Effectively prioritize and handle your claims portfolio
- Investigate liability by liaising with various departments and external stakeholders
- Handlecomplex cases, including high-value claims and liability disputes
- Work closely with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies
- Identify and refer fraudulent activity
- Deliveroutstanding customer serviceand ensure a smooth claims process
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experiencein motor claims handling (for higher salary range)
- Excellentcustomer serviceand communication skills
- Strongattention to detailand ability to work efficiently
- Ability tobuild relationshipswith clients and external partners
- CII Certificate(or willingness to work towards it, fully supported)
- MinimumGCSE Grade C or abovein English and Maths (or equivalent)
