About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Claims Specialist to join a growing team. As part of this role, you will manage a caseload of Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage claims, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding service. You will also handle complex liability and high-value cases, ensuring claims are processed efficiently and fairly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage claims.

  • Conduct thorough liability investigations and liaise with relevant departments.

  • Handle complex claims, including liability disputes and high-value cases.

  • Work with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies.

  • Identify and refer potentially fraudulent activity.

  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer service throughout the claims process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in motor claims handling (for higher salary consideration).

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple claims effectively.

  • Active listening and relationship-building skills.

  • CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it, supported by the company).

  • GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
