Motor Claims Handler – Full-Time, Permanent

What You’ll Do:
- Handle First Notification of Loss (FNOL) motor claims with efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage a varied caseload, handling claims through telephone and written correspondence.
- Act as the main point of contact for policyholders and brokers, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Identify and escalate fraudulent activity or questionable underwriting concerns.
- Consistently deliver high-quality service while adhering to company and regulatory policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong relationship-building skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in motor claims handling (for higher salary consideration).
- CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it with company support).
- Minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
