South East England based.  Hybrid split between home, office and 50% travelling to customers in Europe.

Plastics Sales Manager

·Manage the sales strategy for a specific portfolio of engineered plastic and polymers including key account development and liaison with marketing colleagues.

·The Plastics Sales Manager will develop European Sales strategies, and measure sales performance to large goals by monitoring smaller scale KPI’s and optimising sales plans.

·A typical month for the Plastics Sales Manager could include key account management, development of relationships, attending customer meetings and trade events, plus leadership of bids, tenders and closing sales deals.

·In addition to a technical or engineering background, the ideal skillset will include sales strategy, leadership of bids, tenders and achieving sales goals.
