Job description

  • Assisting with all aspects of accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Processing invoices, expenses, and payments accurately using Sage.
  • Supporting with credit control and dealing with overdue accounts.
  • Helping with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
  • Being involved in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Assisting with VAT returns and other compliance tasks.
  • General finance administration tasks including Excel.

Key skills required

  • Accounts experience desirable, but full training will be given.
  • Enthusiastic and willingness to learn.
  • Organisational skills and time management essential for the role
  • Can work well both individually and as part of a team
