Sonic Summary

Freightserve recruitment is seeking a Multi-Modal Freight Forwarder for a niche sector Freight Forwarder based in Egham, Surrey.
The role involves handling time-sensitive shipments, dealing with air and road freight, and completing export documentation including MAWB's and HAWB's.
Candidates should have air export experience and be able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and offers a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm, with an on-call rotation of 1 in 4 weeks that is compensated with extra pay.

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Multi-Modal Freight Forwarder for a growing niche sector Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Egham, Surrey area.

Role & Responsibilities:

Handling all Time Sensitive Shipments (Start to finish)
Dealing with Air and Roadfreight (Export and Imports)
Completing all Export documentation (MAWB's and HAWB's)
Completing customs entries
Dealing with post flights
Liaising with Airlines and Transport companies
Dealing with all Pre-alerts

Required experience:-

Air Export experience
Must be able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
Team player
Customer Service (Highest level)
Good time keeping / Attendance
Ideally car driver

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm plus 1 in 4 on Call (paid extra)
