Our client, a well-established organisation based in Egham is seeking an Accounts Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic finance team. This role is perfect for an individual with Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) experience, looking to take the next step in their career with a company that values professional growth and work-life balance.

The Role

As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the finance department, supporting both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. You will be responsible for processing invoices, resolving supplier and customer queries, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable (AP) Duties:

  • Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all supplier invoices are approved and ready for payment by the due date

Accounts Receivable (AR) Duties:

  • Invoicing customers accurately and in a timely manner
  • Resolve any customer queries related to invoicing

The ideal candidate will be an organised and detail-oriented finance professional with experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or general financial administration. This role would also be suitable for a graduate looking to start a career in finance, as full training and support will be provided.

Key Skills & Experience:? Previous Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience? Strong numerical and analytical skills? Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal? Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel? A proactive approach to problem-solving and query resolution
