A client who sits within the Top 25 big companies to work for is looking to add to their team of passionate and driven people offering accounts administration support within their successful and bespoke parts department!Knowledge of vehicle parts is essential to support enquiries and distribution.Monday to Friday, Paying up to £30,000This role offers a huge amount of variety within administrative duties and would suit someone who is able to offer good attention to detail and basic knowledge of distribution, logistics and Key Objectives To Support and assist the accounting department and take advantage of all the information available to achieve this along with developing a high level of customer satisfaction and in a safe and economical manner. To be fully conversant with all Parts Department procedures relating to the sale and distribution of parts. Support with Stock Check routines Support with Financial spreadsheet analysis Support with processing of purchase ledger invoices Support with freight dispatch and system update Support with Supplier and Customer Database - updating Assist in general administration, filing, copying, and record keeping. Checking & recording shipping provider invoices in conjunction with senior person Accurately process work with efficiency and keep customer or colleagues advised of progress Carry out other duties as requested From time to time, to fulfil other reasonable requests in the interests of the efficient running of the department and to promote the good name of the Company.
