Mortgage Paraplanner – Surrey Basic Salary up to £32,000 (DOE)OTE of £38,000 (Dependant on base salary)  My client is seeking a forward thinking, detail-oriented and organised Mortgage Paraplanner to join their team. You will be integral to the company’s growth by supporting the Director and their clients with key duties including; managing product transfers and remortgages, sourcing mortgage products, completing lender research and contacting lenders, compliance and more.  The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, with a strong understanding of mortgage process and procedures, excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  What is on offer?

Key responsibilities for this Mortgage Paraplanner role
  • Conduct in-depth research for lending criteria & maintain lender relationships
  • Handle Product Transfers and Remortgage business
  • Ensure full compliance and accuracy on all cases
  • Source the cheapest mortgage products for clients, ensuring they meet lender criteria
  • Submitting decision in principles and full mortgage applications
  • Supporting the Director, allowing them to focus on business development and growing other areas of the business
Skills and experience required for this Mortgage Paraplanner role?
  • Proven experience in mortgage paraplanning, mortgage administration or case management
  • Strong understanding of Mortgage Compliance, lender research and relationships
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and always put them first
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team and adhere to strict deadline under pressure
  • Knowledge of the mortgage process and regulations
