Our client are looking for an Events Coordinator to join their friendly team. This position requires a blend of creativity, communication skills and organisational capabilities to deliver a successful events schedule and drive brand awareness.Key Responsibilities• Build and execute an events and exhibitions plan to support the product and patient care division. • Prepare post event evaluation reports and deliver rationale for future exhibiting. • Liaise with vendors to book venues, events stands, travel, accommodation etc.• Sourcing and stock management of corporate merchandise.• To support with planning and development of marketing communication materials including customer newsletters and direct mailings based on agreed objectives. • To carry out other duties reasonably falling within the purview of this post.Key Attributes• The successful candidate will be prepared to travel to wherever the events plan takes them and also be open to working additional hours on occasion (which they will recoup in lieu). There are approximately 30 events per year; 50% of which will require an overnight stay.• This role needs someone who is open to development and learning, has a good work ethic and works well in a team. • The client are ideally looking for an outgoing person who possesses excellent communication skills.
