Full time hours on a temporary basis
Ensure executive committees and meetings are prioritized and run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:

Organizing committee meetings, sending out papers, booking rooms and refreshments, and taking minutes

Supporting and organizing events such as lunches, dinners, ceremonies, and conferences

Handling finance, purchasing, expenses, HR, and governance processes

Managing general enquiries via email, phone, and post, and liaising with other departments

Staying informed about internal developments and professional services

Working as part of a team to maintain the office presence
