We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional with 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, who can take ownership of financial management tasks, drive performance, and add strategic value to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and streamline financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Develop and maintain business planning models, growth projections, and cost analysis.
  • Prepare detailed investor reports and dashboards to provide key insights.
  • Manage accounts receivable and support month-end/year-end closings.
  • Lead the creation of robust business cases and fact sheets to aid decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance improvements.

Requirements:

  • A professional qualification in ACCA or CIMA (essential).
  • 5-10 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, such as Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
