1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Conduct variance analysis and report findings to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Utilize accounting software and other financial tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.

2. Planning and Budgeting:

  • Support in creating the business plan model and the forecast with assessment of growth potential for various markets planned for launch.
  • Help with preparation of consolidated business plan considering all the markets and revenue streams planned as per the long-range plan.
  • Create forecast review document and management presentations.
  • Develop the business case model for enterprise business for pricing decision and assessment of opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare yearly budget at granular level to include targets for each function.

3. Investor Reporting

  • Work on the theme for periodic Investor Reporting
  • Help with creation of the investor dashboard for monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Prepare detailed fact sheets as back up for management.

4. Management Presentations

  • Create the framework for Financial Reporting to the Management
  • Prepare monthly Management Report
  • Create Business performance review framework.

5. Cost Analysis

  • Develop cost analysis framework along with deep dive to key business drivers.
  • Identify cost optimisation opportunities.
