We are working with a small/medium freight forwarder who is looking to recruit an Air, Sea, Road Export Executive.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Working with the China export team closely
  • Ensure that all relevant emails, documents and information are uploaded / added into Box top. This
  • includes copies of all export documentation and relevant emails in case of future audits
  • Arrange collection of any U.K. shipments for export to China and Nigeria, directly through a designated
  • haulier/courier company and ensuring all correct documentation is in place
  • Keep warehouse aware of any direct deliveries from UK suppliers/courier or any other 3rd party
  • Handling transhipments for Nigeria
  • Issue export entries correctly using cds/sequoia
  • Ensure all shipments are exported / completed correctly and in a timely manner once the shipment has arrived at the designated handling warehouse
  • Assist, mentor and train other staff members in exports and procedures
  • Ensure invoicing requirements are met, issued correctly and in a timely manner. Ensure to work compliantly with aeo and compliance procedures
  • Ensure that all relevant emails, documents and information are uploaded / added into box top. This includes copies of all export documentation and relevant emails in case of future audits
  • Ensure in house training is up to date

Skills and Qualifications

  • Good communication skills written and verbal
  • 5 Years + Air, Sea, Road Export experience
  • Start to Finish good CDS experience.
  • Good Knowledge of Boxtop needed
  • Flexible and adaptable

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Salary depends on experience.
