My client, a well-established and busy freight forwarder, is seeking an experienced Import Clerk to join their expanding team.
The role involves handling air and ocean imports from start to finish, obtaining rates, processing payments, and completing customs entries.
Candidates must have previous imports experience and will be responsible for arranging collections and deliveries while liaising with airlines.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:30.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, although the exact figure is not specified.

My client is a well established, busy freight forwarder looking for an experienced Import Clerk to join their expanding team!

Daily duties include:

Handling air and ocean imports from start - finish
Obtaining rates from airline and overseas agents
Processing payments and raising necessary paperwork for accounting purposes inline with company requirements
Completing customs entries
Quotations
Arranging collections and deliveries
Liaising with airlines

Working hours:

Monday- Friday 0900-1730
