Email Support ContractorFull Remote but ideally within driving distance to the Egham COEHours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 GMTIn the role of an Email Support contractor in Research Engagement Services you will be aligned to a particular group/s to support the redistribution of incoming emails to the associates on the team, as well as creation and routing of inquiry requests that your group/s supports.The majority of our communication with our stakeholders and clients is done via shared mailboxes. We receive a high volume of email communication throughout the day, and particularly first thing in the morning. It's important that the successful candidate is able to pay close attention to detail and work at a quick, accurate pace to ensure the associates on the team have access to their aligned emails by the time they start working, as well as and throughout the day as more emails are received.Your Responsibilities:Heavy email administration/managing multiple email inboxesCreating and updating inquiry requestsRedistributing requests from a main pool of work to smaller teams, based on the topic of the inquiryTalking to internal and external stakeholders regarding inquiriesWorking collaboratively within the team to pick up ad-hoc administrative tasksTraits Required:Strong time management and organizational skillsAttention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learnInterest in business/technology topicsAbility to use English at a high business level (Speaking, reading, writing)Skills:
