Are you an expereienced Warehouse Operative with a forklift licence, and available to start work immediately? We’re recruiting someone to support our client's operations over the next six-months on a fixed-term-contract basis.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (30-minute lunch break)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Goods In: Receiving deliveries, opening boxes, and verifying goods against paperwork, including checking serial numbers and noting any damages.
  • Order Fulfilment: Picking and packing orders for delivery to customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stock Management: Picking goods from general stock and booking them into our system using basic computer skills and Excel.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and running smoothly.
  • Team Communication: Collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless workflow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Forklift Counterbalance Licence
  • Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use systems and Excel to log and track goods.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring goods and paperwork are accurate.
  • Good Communication Skills: Working effectively within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Proactive Attitude: A willingness to get involved and support in all areas of the warehouse.
  • Physical Readiness: Some manual handling is required, so a reasonable level of physical fitness is essential.
