KiddyKare are recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Manager for an established nursery in Egham.

The nursery has beautiful natural surroundings, a large outdoor space, and its own private parking.

  • To be a strong role model to the team.

  • To support and encourage any ideas and initiatives to maintain employee engagement.
  • To be able to support the manager in the daily running of the nursery.

Your duties as a Deputy Manager;

  • To support the nursery manager to ensure the effective daily management of the nursery having a sound knowledge of the company policies and procedures.
  • To ensure that regulations and legislations are always maintained.
  • To identify development areas or training requirements throughout the staff team.
  • To support effective communication with staff and families.
