IT Onsite Support Technician - Egham
*Suitable candidates must have relevant previous IT Support experience within an Education setting / Education IT MSP*
A growing Technology Services Provider are looking for an IT Onsite Support Technician at their endclient school in Egham. You must have excellent experience with Windows 10, office 365 and cisco networking technologies maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.
DBS check will be required to work across the site. As the successful IT School support technician, you will need to have knowledge in Windows operating systems and how they work in a local area network environment.
Key Skills the IT Onsite Support Technician will have:
* Windows Operating Systems - 11/10
* Proficient with Active Directory and Office365
* Ability to explain technical terms and situations to non-technical people
* Cisco networking technologies - switches, routersis preferred
* Software backups and licences
* Anti-virus tools
* Any knowledge/experience working on LGFL systems is a bonus
You will be responsible for providing Onsite IT support at the primary onsite Technician with the school you are assigned being your main place of work. You will have the opportunity to shadow 3rd line engineers and learn new technologies.
