Logistics Coordinator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join our client based in Egham.
The successful Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing and liaise with courier and logistic companies.
- Scheduling deliveries
- Preparing supporting documentation in association with deliveries to include sales and shipping invoices
- Tracking shipments and updating relevant teams on progress
- Processing Import/Export declarations
- Dealing with general enquiries relating to Customs Procedures, Tariff Classifications and Duty Rates
- Logging and monitoring courier purchase logs
- Managing any insurance claims in line with delivery shortfall and damage to products
The Logistics Coordinator will have:
- Excellent organisational and admin skills
- Ability to deliver under pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communications skills
