Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join our client based in Egham.

The successful Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Managing and liaise with courier and logistic companies.
• Scheduling deliveries
• Preparing supporting documentation in association with deliveries to include sales and shipping invoices
• Tracking shipments and updating relevant teams on progress
• Processing Import/Export declarations
• Dealing with general enquiries relating to Customs Procedures, Tariff Classifications and Duty Rates
• Logging and monitoring courier purchase logs
• Managing any insurance claims in line with delivery shortfall and damage to products

The Logistics Coordinator will have:

• Excellent organisational and admin skills
• Ability to deliver under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communications skills
