We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Team Leader to join our clients team at Heathrow Airport. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of up to 12 people in support of our critical service contract at one of the world's busiest airports.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of field service engineers and support staff
- Drive and monitor contractual KPIs and obligations with customers
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
- Coordinate resources, tools, and materials for successful service delivery
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to team members
- Manage scheduling and time entry for the team
- Prepare and publish monthly performance reports
- Respond to emergency support requests as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience
- Minimum 5 years of technical field service experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and aptitude for specialized software programs
- Experience with SVMX for service modules is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including 24/7 coverage
