The RoleOur client is seeking a motivated Logistics Co-ordinator to join their team. This role is perfect if you have logistics experience and are eager to continue to expand your knowledge and skill set within this field. As a Logistics Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting supply chain operations, managing shipments, tracking deliveries, and providing administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and waybills for shipments.
  • Track and update shipment statuses while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Liaise with service providers and freight forwarders for quotes, rates, and updates.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and service providers.

About You

  • Experience in logistics.
  • Knowledge of courier and freight processes.
  • Familiarity with customs procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage.
