Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Female Community Support Worker in West Cumbria to assist a resident in her home.
This is a full-time, 12-week temporary to permanent contract with 12-hour shifts available from Monday to Sunday, offering a salary of £15.36 per hour through Umbrella Ltd.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK, specifically within Mental Health services, including conditions such as DID, Eating Disorders, and self-harm.
The role requires strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to provide one-on-one support in a secure environment.

The successful Support Worker you will care for your client on a live-In or home visit basis, where you will have the opportunity to work one to one in a calm environment that feels secure for the resident.
As a Support Worker you will also need to be proactive in completing regular supervisions with staff and set a leading example of good practice.

Person Specification

2 years’ minimum experience working within Mental Health services including DID, Eating Disorder and self-harm.
Strong communication and engagement skills.
Car Driver with Full UK Licence.
You will have caring and empathetic attitude.
Transferable fully enhanced DBS.
