Shift Times: Monday to Friday 7.30- 16:00 Friday 40HPW
Pay Rate: 11.50
Location: Gloucester, GL19 4PN

Manpower are looking for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to work for our client based out of Gloucester. Working alongside other Operatives on new sites providing grass cutting (ride on and pedestrian), strimming, shrub and border maintenance, hedge cutting, litter picking and a full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works.

You will need to ensure a safe working environment is always maintained and carry out day to day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.

The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.

To succeed, you will need:

• Hold a full valid UK Driving License
• To be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn & open to training.
• Safety conscious mindset is key.
• Capable of working safely using a range of equipment and hand tools (e.g. strimmer's, backpack blowers, push mowers etc.)
• Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service.
• Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role is desirable.
