NJR Recruitment are working in partnership with a firm of Independent Financial Planners who have been offering comprehensive and impartial financial advice for individuals, businesses, and charities who now require a Financial Planning Administrator to join their friendly team.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Wealth Planner and duties will include:

  • Ensure accurate client records are maintained
  • Diary management
  • Submission and processing new business
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Being the main point of contact for all incoming telephone calls
  • Mailbox and Post management
  • Able to produce interim client portfolio valuations as and when required

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience working in financial planning
  • Good knowledge of pensions and investments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel
