Talent-UK are recruiting for a full time, permanent sales coordinator for their client based in Elland, the role has become available due to an increase in workload, are you looking to join a busy and dynamic team?The general duties of the role will include:
  • Preparation of company quotes
  • Liaising with the customer base in the UK and Europe, from Architects to Sub Contractors
  • Dealing with sales enquiries in a timely manner
  • Understanding and promoting products
  • Coordination of internal departments 
  • Providing excellent customer service to the client base through phone and email channels both proactively and reactively.
  • Reading and interpreting construction drawings
  • Being the internal point of contact for the External Sales Team
  • Occasional travel to the UK and Europe.
Working HoursMonday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous Internal Sales experience ideally with quoting experience
  • A background in the construction industry if possible and if you have CAD experience this would also be beneficial but not essential
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Personable and professional
  • Keen, motivated and willing to learn
  • Experienced using Microsoft programmes
  • Previous experience using CRM Systems, ERP and Sage Accounting is desirable
