Our client based in Halifax who are a leader in their industry, is expanding and looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. If you're eager to be part of a fun, close-knit team that takes pride in delivering an excellent service, we would love to hear from you.
Salary £25,000.
Your role-
- Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Processing of orders.
- Deal with a variety of customer and supplier queries.
- Monitor stock levels of products.
- Provide customers with ETA on deliveries.
- Provide bespoke quotations.
- Ensure all orders are input accurately onto the system.
- Identify errors relating to pricing.
- Investigate duplicate orders/discrepancies.
- Support the wider sales team with any adhoc Admin support.
The ideal candidate-
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of systems such as SAP.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management.
- Able to work as part of a team, whilst also managing your own workload.
