Interim Team Leader

14.80-15.77 per hour DOE, weekly pay and accrued holiday pay

Full Time, Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm & Friday, 7am to 12 Noon

Concept Recruitment are working with our Elland based client to recruit an experienced Interim Team Leader. This is a temporary, ongoing role reporting into the Production Manager.

You will be responsible for the day to day operations in your specified area in addition to working in the production area alongside your team members.

Role Responsibilities:

Organising your team to ensure that your area of responsibility works as efficiently as possible

Ensuring safe working practices

Ensuring the output of your production area meets the required targets and deadlines

Resource management to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times

Proactively contribute towards maintaining morale and encourage good working relationships within the team

Updating and evolving procedures, processes, specifications, and systems

Providing suggestions and implementing improvements

Resolving problems in a logical and timely manner and escalating when necessary

You will need:

Previous team leader/supervisor experience ideally in a manufacturing/production environment

Strong organisational skills with an aptitude for planning, prioritising and multi-tasking
