Job Description:
- Commissioning BMS systems:Â
- Checking of all field items such as sensors and actuators associated with a project.
- Checking all control panel components.Â
- Installation of site-specific software.Â
- Detail checking of the system control software, controller and IO interfaces.
- Detailed checking of the site-specific user interface graphics.
- Completion of site commissioning reports.Â
- Working with HVAC equipment:
- Interfacing with 3rd party equipment via communication gateways.
- Setting up of smart metering.Â
- Set up and testing of Lora WAN wireless devices.Â
- Attending site calls to investigate and rectify site specific control faults.
- Competition of site callout reports and field quotations.
- Carry out control panel modifications on new control panels.Â
- Carry out control system upgrades to existing control panels.
- Carrying out PPM maintenance visits.Â
- Completing service reports and field quotes.
- Training to be provided in areas required on system engineering, applications, graphics and panel modifications
- Systems but not limited to require working with:
- SiemensÂ
- Tridium
- Easy I/OÂ
- DistechÂ
Additional Details:
- National coverage with possibility of short stay away works on occasionsÂ
- Place of work: From your home address to sites as dictated by the company
- £30,000 – 45,000 per year – dependant on experience. Â
- Hours of work: 40 hours per week
