Description
- Performing routine and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all machinery and equipment meet safety regulations.
- Assisting in the installation of new electrical systems.
- Documenting actions, testing results, observations, final diagnosis and steps taken to resolve issues.
- Collaborating with the wider Engineering & Manufacturing team to optimise manufacturing processes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Providing technical support and training to other team members as required.
Profile
A successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer should have:
- Electrical qualification
- Strong practical experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of local and national electrical codes.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
