- Manage relationships and provide ongoing advice to existing corporate clients, as required
- Identify and contact potential new corporate clients. Gather sufficient information and identify client needs
- Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations, working alongside the corporate services admin as required
- Complete all supporting documentation in an accurate manner and in line with the compliance procedures of EFS
- Ensure that the level of service, as agreed with each client, is delivered in a timely manner
- Liaise with professional connections with regard to existing clients, as required and liaise with existing and potential new connections in order to develop new client opportunities
- Attain and maintain competent status as defined by the FCA and EFS
- Maintain performance standards in accordance with those outlined in the Key Performance Indicators section of the EFS Training & Competence scheme
- Via self-assessment and feedback, identify Continuing Professional Development (CPD) needs to maintain and enhance Competent status and undertake appropriate activity to meet those needs
- Any other ad hoc duties reasonable and appropriate to the position
