- Leading and managing the Accounting & Finance Department.
- Developing and executing the financial strategy of the company.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory accounting practices and procedures.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to the Board of Directors.
- Overseeing budget planning and monitoring financial performance.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and financial institutions.
- Guiding financial decisions by applying company policies and managing risks.
- Contributing to the company's mission and strategic direction as part of the executive leadership team.
Profile
A successful Interim Head of Finance should have:
- A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven leadership skills in managing a finance department.
