Our client is a well established independent financial planning practice who, due to their ongoing growth, have an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator who wants to progress into paraplanning

Working out of their offices based near Huddersfield, you will be supporting the Wealth Managers in preparing client financial plans and be involved throughout the process

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new business
  • Dealing with Letters of Authority
  • Obtaining valuations and illustrations
  • Creating meeting packs
  • Helping with the technical information and presentations
  • Liaison with clients, providers and consultants to obtain required information
  • Conducting research
  • Suitability Report writing

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working within Financial Planning - preferably within an Independent Financial Services environment but those with any pensions, investment or mortgage processing experience will also be considered.
