Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing regular support to operational managers.
Manage key stakeholders and managers with advice and guidance on ER related matters.
Train, coach and develop managers on all HR processes and procedures.
Support or Lead on annual projects focusing on enhancing ER processes and updated policies.

We are looking for:

Proven experience managing ER cases from start to finish.
Excellent stakeholder management experience.
Strong Employment Law knowledge.
Very good communicator, both written and verbal.
