Our client are a reputable M&E company seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join their Fire and Security department in the Huddersfield area.
Package on offer for a Service Administrator
- Basics of £26,000 on offer
- Performance based bonus scheme
- 25 Days Holiday (pro rata) + Bank Holidays
- Flexible Working Pattern – 35 – 40 hours a week between hours of 8am – 5pm available
- Overtime Available

Responsibilities for a Service Administrator
- Liaise with customers to provide regular updates on the status of jobs
- Schedule and monitor the workload of Engineers around the UK
- Accurately log client requests and call outs
- Deal with incoming call and emails from clients, engineers, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers and sub-contractors
- Ensure operational KPIs are met to ensure SLAs are achieved
