Sonic Summary

The role involves varied accounts and tax work with a small, friendly firm of Chartered Accountants.
Candidates should be AAT qualified, part qualified, or qualified by experience, with a focus on preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
Responsibilities include suggesting improvements on client records, preparing financial statements and tax returns, as well as VAT returns using Iris software.
The position offers hybrid working arrangements and the opportunity to pursue further qualifications.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should ideally have a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Varied role covering accounts and tax work with a small and friendly firm of Chartered Accountants.

The position will suit an AAT, part qualified or qualified by experience accountant who will get involved in;

Preparation of sole trader, partnership, limited company accounts.
Suggest improvements on clients records to the client manager.
Prepare and present financial statements on Iris.
Preparation of capital allowances computations, personal, partnership and company tax returns on Iris.
Preparation of VAT Returns.

There is hybrid working in place and the opportunity to study towards further qualifications.
