Description
As a Design Compliance Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Engineering and Design documentation activities in various projects (mainly aerospace and defence based).
- Reading customer requirements, developing robust testing and qualification data methods to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Creating and reviewing documents associated with fulfilling customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Documenting all compliance and certification activity.
Profile
The successful Design Compliance Engineer should have:
- Proven experience in a similar certification role, supporting customer documentation requirements for various projects.
- An understanding of compliance to AS9100 documentation requirements.
- Read technical drawings previously
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with different stakeholders.
- Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
