Join our client as an Internal Sales Executive and play a key role in generating new business opportunities within the construction sector through intelligence and lead generation services.

Key Responsibilities:

As an integral part of the internal sales team, you will:

  • Cold-call B2B prospects to generate new business opportunities for the External Field Sales Managers.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls, showcasing the benefits of the products and their relevance to prospective customers.
  • Work towards monthly KPIs and objectives set by the manager.
  • Maintain data accuracy by logging all calls on the CRM system.
  • Produce quotes and orders when required and collaborate with the external team to secure deals.
  • Self-source new leads through various channels.
  • Stay GDPR-compliant and participate in training to support personal development.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in a phone-based, B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in high-volume prospecting and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive telephone manner.
  • A target-driven mindset and a passion for hitting goals.
  • Proficiency in IT systems for logging calls, producing quotes, and updating records.
