An exciting opportunity is available for a Research Consultant to join our client in Ellesmere Port. You'll be part of an established team, reaching out to clients to gather information on upcoming projects and works. Your main responsibility will be updating the company's database, which serves a wide range of clients. This office-based role offers a starting salary of 25,000, with standard working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am to 3 pm on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach calls to various construction entities including architects, project managers, contractors, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Use a consultative approach and build rapport with clients to gain as much information as possible.
  • Present and promote our products/services to potential clients.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Deal with inbound enquiries.
  • Research new projects online or within industry publications.
