An exciting opportunity has arisen at a well-established car manufacturer in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. We are currently looking to recruit Multi Skilled Maintenance personnel to join our client's team at their Manufacturing Site.

Role: Multi Skilled Maintenance personnel

Duration: 9 Months Fixed Term Contract

Location: Ellesmere Port

Rate: £19.10 to £21.23 per hour

he positions available are for a minimum of a 9-month fixed-term contract on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to work with a renowned organisation and contribute to their success.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reactive maintenance to resolve breakdowns.
  • Carry out planned maintenance tasks.
  • Support production teams during production runs.
  • Systematically solve repetitive issues/faults.
  • Apply continuous improvement process (CIP).

Requirements:

  • Time Served Apprenticeship in Multiskilled (Electrical and Mechanical) with a minimum qualification of ONC/HNC.
  • Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC and devices is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc Robot programming and set-up is preferred.
  • Understanding of Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and tenacity.
