Carbon60 are looking for a Customer Operations Advisor to join a client of ours based on the Essar site in Ellesmere Port. This position is a 10 week contract.
Pay/Salary: £12.74/hour, 26,500/annum, overtime available, 1.5x rate outside standard hours
Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday, 1 hour lunch per day, 40 hours/week

Main duties & responsibilities:
- Expediting orders with suppliers using the EOS System & updating the customer
- Managing the goods inward deliveries
- Managing deliveries to the customer
- Supporting with placing orders on the system
Essential skills / experience / qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to adapt under pressure, this is an EXTREMLEY fast paced site and the individual needs to be prepared to adapt to changes in their working day
