Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault-finding and troubleshooting issues with electronic, electrical and electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Diagnose and fix faulty products in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality service for customers
  • Assist production in resolving technical issues
  • Support workshop activities; order, replace, and ship parts as needed
  • Occasionally travel to customers for repairs or customer support
  • Workshop-based tasks, including:
    • Soldering on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards)
    • Using crimping tools for wiring tasks
    • Testing with multi-meters for fault diagnostics
    • Panel building and re-wiring projects

What Are Looking For:

  • Background in electronics, electrical, or electro-mechanical systems-this can come from professional experience, education, or even a hands-on hobby.
  • Ability to perform fault finding and repair work on a range of electro-mechanical equipment
  • Hands-on practical skills and dexterity
  • Familiarity with multi-meters and other diagnostic tools -advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
  • Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
  • Flexibility to support production and occasionally travel for customer site visits
