Service and Repair Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Fault-finding and troubleshooting issues with electronic, electrical and electro-mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and fix faulty products in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality service for customers
- Assist production in resolving technical issues
- Support workshop activities; order, replace, and ship parts as needed
- Occasionally travel to customers for repairs or customer support
- Workshop-based tasks, including:
- Soldering on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards)
- Using crimping tools for wiring tasks
- Testing with multi-meters for fault diagnostics
- Panel building and re-wiring projects
What Are Looking For:
- Background in electronics, electrical, or electro-mechanical systems-this can come from professional experience, education, or even a hands-on hobby.
- Ability to perform fault finding and repair work on a range of electro-mechanical equipment
- Hands-on practical skills and dexterity
- Familiarity with multi-meters and other diagnostic tools -advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Flexibility to support production and occasionally travel for customer site visits
