The Role
- Provide and maintain a high level of building maintenance support to our clients sites.
- Supervise a team of maintenance operatives, work closely with management support staff & the helpdesk ensuring that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all current regulations.
Working Hours
- 8AM to 5PM
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Experience in a Facilities role and previous lead or supervisory experience
- 18th Edition, NVQ L3 or electrical apprentice
