Roofing Site Supervisor - Ellesmere Port
We have an exciting opportunity for a Roofing Site Supervisor to join our team in Ellesmere Port.
This is a full-time, Temp to permanent role offering 40 hours per week and a competitive salary of 35,689.50 per annum, plus a company van, fuel card, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Roofing Site Supervisor, you will:
- Manage and supervise trade operatives and subcontractors to maximise productivity and profitability.
- Issue and receive daily job orders to ensure efficient workflow.
- Deliver an efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused maintenance and repairs service.
- Implement processes to drive continuous service improvements.
- Use schedules of rates and job descriptions for job order preparation.
- Conduct pre, post, and intermediate site inspections.
- Perform quality checks on completed work and work in progress.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Housing Teams to monitor repairs and completion timelines.
- Identify and document repairs beyond normal wear and tear, including taking photographic evidence and arranging cost recovery when necessary.
- Monitor and report on contractual KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal Roofing Site Supervisor will have:
- CGLI/NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent construction trade qualification.
- Familiarity with NHF schedule of rates.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the trade.
- Experience in social housing, specifically with void, responsive, and disrepair activities.
- Proven ability to manage a repairs service and carry out inspections, measurements, and post-inspection evaluations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on improving service and performance.
- Previous experience in a social housing or construction environment.
