Reed are currently partnered exclusively with a growing utilities organisation based in Ellesmere Port that are looking to expand their team and bring in a talented and ambitious Customer Service Executive to help shape future success.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Outbound calling through leads that have been generated through marketing means
  • Handle customer inquiries and update customers on their order progress via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Book appointments for surveyors with clients
  • Resolve customer complaints at first contact.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A customer-focused individual with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service.
  • Professional and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Motivated to follow up on sales leads and to up-sell products and services.
  • Someone ambitious who can look at innovative ways to increase customer contact to increase sales opportunities
