Customer Service Executive
- Annual Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
- Location: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Reed are currently partnered exclusively with a growing utilities organisation based in Ellesmere Port that are looking to expand their team and bring in a talented and ambitious Customer Service Executive to help shape future success.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Outbound calling through leads that have been generated through marketing means
- Handle customer inquiries and update customers on their order progress via phone, email, and live chat.
- Book appointments for surveyors with clients
- Resolve customer complaints at first contact.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A customer-focused individual with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service.
- Professional and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Motivated to follow up on sales leads and to up-sell products and services.
- Someone ambitious who can look at innovative ways to increase customer contact to increase sales opportunities
